Salsa dancing is an amazingly beneficial activity. Not only is it entertaining,
but it exercises the mind, body, and heart. You will meet many people through this
pastime: in which you will form friendships, an atmosphere of belonging, and make
new discoveries.

Salsa dancing has no finite origin...but is rather a culmination of many
influences which created the dance. In fact, there are a multitude of styles to dancing
salsa and these are predominantly observed by which location one learns the dance.
No style is really considered "better", but rather, different.

Old or young, it's never too late to start learning salsa. All types of students
have learned and the benefits are nearly endless!
